FINANCE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION REVIEW

The Finance Process Review helps you prepare a structured plan to tackle the impending MTD challenge. 

Our Making Tax Digital Solutions consultants will work together with your finance team to reach a solution that works for your business that meets MTD requirements. 

We look at all aspects of transforming your financial systems. During the review we’ll perform the following tasks:

  • Brainstorm options

  • Identify a cloud accounting solution

  • Data migration planning

  • Internal communication planning

  • External communication planning

Following the review, our consultants will deliver a report and a plan for the finance team to pursue. You can choose to implement the plan yourself, or continue to work with our experienced team who can run the digital transformation project for you.

FINANCE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

Following a defined project delivery framework, the Making Tax Digital Solutions team will work collaboratively with your finance team to transform your finance processes.

Our consultants will work with your finance team implement a finance solution that works in your business and meets the MTD requirements.

We look at all aspects of the financial system transformation. During the project implementation we will conduct the following tasks:

  • Setup the identified cloud accounting solution

  • Migrate data from existing accounting solution

  • Update and document internal procedures

  • Communicate any relevant changes to external parties

  • Train staff to use the new tools effectively

During the project delivery, progress reports will be completed to monitor progress against expected budget and timeframe. Following the project implementation, you’ll have the option to continue to receive support from our professional services team.

SUPPORT CONTRACT

Making Tax Digital Solutions offers a support contract that allows you to send queries through in relation to cloud accounting software processes.

We aim to resolve any query within 24 hours of receiving it. Under the contract, we work with you under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensuring you get the best support from us.

The support contract gives you:

  • First line support for your cloud accounting queries

  • Access to guidance and documentation

  • Access to accredited software professionals

  • Unlimited telephone/email support

  • On-site monthly visits

The comprehensive support offering gives you and your staff the confidence to fulfil their roles to the best of their abilities. A fully trained professional is only just a phone call away to help you support your business.


The support pricing for mid-sized businesses is calculated as 25% of the project implementation cost.  For example, if a digital implementation project cost £5,000 plus VAT, the ongoing annual support cost would be £1,250 plus VAT.
