MAKING TAX DIGITAL READINESS CONSULTATION

The Making Tax Digital Solutions readiness consultation allows your firm to prepare a structured plan to tackle the MTD challenge faced by accountants.

Our consultants will work with your management team to establish a process and solutions that works in your business and allows your clients to be MTD compliant.

We look at all aspects of your clients transformation.  During the consultation we will conduct the following tasks:

  • Brainstorm options including how clients engage with the firm

  • Identify cloud accounting packages to offer your clients

  • Data migration planning

  • Internal communication planning

  • External communication planning

Following the consultation, our consultants will deliver a report and plan for the management team to pursue. You can either continue to implement the plan yourself, or choose to continue to work with our experienced team to run an implementation project for you.

MAKING TAX DIGITAL IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

Following a defined project delivery framework, the Making Tax Digital Solutions team will work collaboratively with your management team to transform your practice.

Our consultants will work with your team to implement new processes and solutions that works in your business and satisfies your client’s compliance requirements.

We look at all aspects of the digital transformation of your firm.  During the project implementation we will conduct the following tasks:

  • Setup the identified cloud accounting solution

  • Migrate data from existing accounting solutions

  • Review client onboarding procedures

  • Communicate any relevant changes to external parties

  • Train staff and clients to use the new tools effectively

During the project delivery, progress reports will be completed to monitor progress against expected budget and timeframe. Following the project implementation, you’ll have the option to continue to receive support from our professional services team.

SUPPORT CONTRACT

Making Tax Digital Solutions offers a support contract that allows you to send queries through in relation to cloud accounting software processes.

We aim to resolve any query within 24 hours of receiving it. Under the contract, we work with you under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensuring you get the best support from us.

The support contract gives you:

  • First line support for your cloud accounting queries

  • Access to guidance and documentation

  • Access to accredited software professionals

  • Unlimited telephone/email support

  • On-site monthly visits

The comprehensive support offering gives you and your staff the confidence to fulfil their roles to the best of their abilities. A fully trained professional is only just a phone call away to help you support your business.

The support pricing for accountants varies depending on the number of customers that the accountant requires Making Tax Digital Solutions to support.  The support cost per client per month varies depending on the number of clients being supported. The price bandings are as follows:

FIRST 50 CLIENTS

£8.50 per client per month +VAT

51-100 CLIENTS

£7.00 per month per client +VAT

101+ CLIENTS

£5.00 per client per month +VAT

Fixed annual contracts will be offered with a 15% discount on upfront payment.
